At KIPP St. Louis, our goal is ambitious but clear: our students will graduate from college, establish fulfilling careers and have significant impact on our city and the world. We know that education is essential to meeting that goal and that giving all of St. Louis's underserved students easy access to high-performing schools is the necessary first step. Therefore, we're expanding our network to reach more and more students in St. Louis.
The second KIPP St. Louis school will open in St. Louis in 2013 with plans to increase to five schools within the St. Louis area, serving more than 2,000 students, or 10 percent of the city's public school population, from elementary school through high school.
