What is a KIPPster?
You might have noticed we often talk about "KIPPsters" - that's another word for students. But KIPPster also means something more than simply students: KIPPsters are the heart of the KIPP community; they've made the commitment to KIPP; and we've committed to supporting them as they climb the mountain to college.
